The fact that Yoga emanates from Tantra is not a new idea and is certainly not my idea. It is common knowledge among the people who have studied its roots. It is something the great Swami Sivananda and his disciple Swami Satyananda have proved in their books. Apart from that it is a common "secret" in the kriya yoga circles, be that among the disciples of Yogananda in SRF, Self Realization Fellowship, or the separate Gurus that have come forth to teach Kriya throughout time.
