Regarding Kat / Alternative for Smashan

Hi all,

 

I need some info. I remember sometime back one of our Gurubhai, asked

for alternative for a river water.

 

I now need a alternative for "Smashan" / graveyard.  there are certain

Mantra, which need to be chanted in Smashan.  here are my questions.

1. How do I do that, is there any alternative for Smashan ?

2. Suppose there is some alternative like bringing the sand / clay from

Smashan, is it safe to bring home ?
