Namaste ,

 

I beleive you are reffering to Kalika Purana . No is is not part of vedas. Vedas

are sruthi while puranasa are smirti.In fact Kalika Purana is not Mahapurana but

one of the 18 upapuranas.

There is two transliterated version in english one is form Bengal and the other

one from Assam. For the Bengal copy please check with The Ferment magizine

editor my friend Colin Robinson whereas the Assam version is by Biswanarayan

Shastri you could get them from Amazon or other indian book websites........
