Guest guest Posted January 15, 2004 Report Share Posted January 15, 2004 It has been my experience that any soothing spiritual practice will help with overwrought emotions, therapy also helps. Meditation, chanting, counseling, yoga, tai chi, the kinds of things that keep a person centered and grounded in times of high stress or imbalance. Of course these things come from within and require dedication. Often it helps to give over heavy duty emotions that we have a hard time controling to a god-force. Can some folks on this list, share some soothing mantras? There is one for Peace that relates to Lakshmi that I will share here.
