It has been my experience that any soothing spiritual practice will

help with overwrought emotions, therapy also helps. Meditation,

chanting, counseling, yoga, tai chi, the kinds of things that keep a

person centered and grounded in times of high stress or imbalance. Of

course these things come from within and require dedication.

Often it helps to give over heavy duty emotions that we have a hard

time controling to a god-force.

Can some folks on this list, share some soothing mantras?

There is one for Peace that relates to Lakshmi that I will share

here. It can aid in transforming one into a vessel of peace.:

Om Shantiyei Namaha

"Om Shahn-tee-yea Nahm-ah-hah"

-When I am under stress I go to the temple and just say any mantra

and I ask Kali for help and guidense when I leave the tempple I feel

a new sense of peace. The temple has done that for me pretty much

all the time.

also I find doing the Rose Cross Ceremony (Ceremonial Magick) helps

me. I also like to point out talkinhg with your Holy Gaurdian Angel

even of you dont know the name of this being that is part of you

would help wonders at times.
