tvameva maataa - sloka or struti..?

Can you please inform which book of Shloka contains the "tvameva maata..."

sloka. As far as I knew this was a "bhakti struti" written by Mahatma Gandhi

after his successful dandi march and became immensely popular with Indian's all

over the world after it was chanted by the Indian army during the 70 war with

pakistan.
