Very eager and restlessness to hear the pastimes/stories of your Diety. Serving your guru without a trace of ego. Abandoning all kinds of malice, envy, jealousy, greed and singing the praise of the Diety. Chanting the Holy name, meditating with steadfast confidence and trust. Gaining victory over sense organs, right conduct and thoughts, renunciation of all material desires and acting according to codes of justice and right conduct. To envision all creation as Brahmamay or a part of and the whole of it as a manifestation of the Supreme Soul, Considering all saints and holy men to be words form the Mouth of the Supreme Brahma. Contentment and not aspiring for what that is not yours even in your wildest imaginations. Treating all without any malice, envy but with a clear conscious and mind. Keep a steadfast faith in the LORD and remain indifferent in situations of happiness and sorrow. What u said were true! i was wrong. i sincerely appologize for that. but i sincerely believe all GODS/GODDESS to be equal. none is higher than another. n eventough shakti took a fierce form she is still a part of shiva. i read the Devi text before, my text didnt mentioned about t shiva got frightened part. i just bought a book yesterday and after reading it, i owed u a appology. have a good day ahead. anyway tq for sharing all t info that u have regarding Maa Kali. If you read some texts from the Devi Maha Puran you will be convinced of what you say color:navy">J abt Shakti and Shiva [shaktiman] being the same without Shakti Shiva cant be Shaktiman and like wise without Shiva, Shakti cant operate.
