Guest guest
Please correct me if I am wrong with this post. Druga, is the first form of Kali, then theres Kali, then Kali became Tara. Tara is Tibetian Buddhist and I am exctied that theres another here thats interested Tara (and Kali Ma), So Namaste_()_ Celesst, I am happy to meet you. If you would like, you can message me under yeshe_ani_pachen if you want to talk further on Tara and Her practice. I have a question, if you were to go to Kali's feet to learn, and you were to attract un-wanted attention of "dark sources." Would it be advisable to ask Her for protection, and if She does guard and protect you from those "dark sources," would it matter? And if these dark sources were all that bad, you can after all banish them through Her right??? I guess I dont have much fear in those dark sources, for they are everywhere and with in, and I call those dark sources "hate, fear, ignorance and suffering." Guest guest
Hello Yeshe, nice to meet you. After I had the dream, I read a book called Hindu Goddesses. It said that Tara was originally a Hindu Goddess who became heavily associated with Buddhism. It said that she could become quite fierce when one of her devotees is in danger, and that this is reminiscent of Kali. Because I have no one to give advice about this, (no one around me thinks much of anything that isn't Christian), I began to see Tara as the part of one's self with the power to become the rescuer. That is, the part of ourselves that knows, that is intelligent, intuitive, wise and strong. Kali_Ma, "Yeshe" <willyskarmaisachoppingblock wrote: > > Please correct me if I am wrong with this post.
