Jeeyar Swamiji at Melkote - Lakshmi Narayana Yagna

Jai Sriman Narayana:

 

I and my mother were fortunate to witness the Lakshmi Narayana Yagna

being conducted at Melkote on April 28, 2001.

 

Udayavar ThiruNakshatram was also celebrated in a grand manner at

ChellaPillai Temple, Melkote. (Karnataka)

 

Devotees of HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar swamiji were present in full strength

there. Swamiji elaborated briefly on Sri Ramanuja's incomparable

achievements & the importance of the holy place in the evening.

 

I thank Sriman Venkatesan Iyengar for letting me know the visit of

Jeeyar to Melkote. I thank Sriman Ponnala for finally confirming the

same.

 

This yagna is scheduled to end on May 04, 2001. Those interested can
