Jai Srimannarayana!,

Asmad Gurubhyo Namaha!,

Dear Devotees,

Seeking Sri Swamiji's Divya Padukas' blessings and all your

encouragement, I wish to share with you all a significant piece

of information adiyen got enlightened on, upon listening to one of

Sri Swamiji's discourses on Thirumantra. Many of you may be knowing

things that I am about to say in my two postings. Adiyen couldn't

control his enthusiasm on this discovery and wanted to share it with

our Sri Swamiji's sishya koti.

Any misrepresentation made in the process of this communication

is entirely due to my ignorance and misunderstanding of

Sri Swamiji's message. I seek your pardon if I am misleading you.

I request knowledgeable devotees to please correct me.

As we all know we'll be celebrating our beloved Acharya's

(Tirunakshatram) birthday on the 14th of this month. These email

postings are this lowly soul's way of paying tributes to the

anantha kalyana gunas of our Priya Sri Swamiji.

Now coming to the subject, you are very knowledgeable about and

familiar

with the subject of this email, viz., "acharya27".

Yes, it is our beloved Sri Swamiji's email id. The way His Holiness

communicates with us electronically to dispel our ignorance

and show us the light and right path by

answering so many of our questions, however significant or

insignificant they are. You might be wondering why I gave

the subject of this email that particular one instead of saying

"Greatness of my Acharya", or "Jai Srimannarayana!", or

"Asmada:charya's Vaibhavam", or

"Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji's Tirunakshatram",

or simply "acharya". Please continue reading and we'll know

exactly why it was done at the end of the second posting .

Dear devotees, please pardon me for talking something here which may

not appear related to the subject. You will find how this

introduction is partly significant, in the course of next couple

of days,in my next posting. Please bear with me in the next few

paragraphs.

Sometime ago I tried to signup for a free email service provided

by one of the email providers like , or hotmail. I thought

I shall have my last name as my email id as I thought it would be

unique as there are only a handful of my cousins, relatives, etc

who are knowledgeable about electronic mail.

When I submitted the form I was told that "sambaraju" was

already assigned to someone else. I was upset. To add to my

frustration, the service provider suggested me with multiple

combinations of my email id, sambaraju2000, sambaraju2001,

sambaraju2002, sambarajuus. You name it and the combinations kept

pouring.

At first, I thought I will take sambaraju2000, you know, the famous

Y2K.

Then I thought what would be the significance of my email id in the

year 2010. For example, wouldn't that number 2000 in sambaraju2000, be

outdated in 2010. People at that time might say "oh! man, your number

is a thing of the past, it does not apply to the present". There is no

way I can justify the significance of that number for the future,

except about the small Y2K buzz which people will forget anyway.

I am stuck with it unless I get another id say like sambaraju2010 when

"""my original email identity will be lost""". This is a vicious circle

I am going to fall in year after year, if I want to keep my number

up-to-date. I was thinking there should be a way out. There should be

a number specifically assigned to me(this soul) that doesn't really

change. That's when it struck me when Sri Swamiji's Grace in the form

of HH's pravachanam fell on adiyen's ears.

Priya sishyas of Sri Swamiji, here comes the solution in the form of

a certain number that is so very significant that it doesn't change

it's identity from time to time, and not only that, it shows what "our"

fixed number is and makes us realize what our number's own self is.

Let us continue with what these are as mentioned by Sri Swamiji in our

next posting.

Jai Srimannarayana!,

Adiyen,

Sai Ramanuja Dasaha
