Dear Chari

 

Being aware that you are angry is one step towards

overcoming it.

 

Awareness gets rid of ignorance.

 

also "Pranayam, Yoga and meditation" will help you get

ride of your stress and when your energy level is high

you will be more happy and bliss.

 

"Remember What you resist will persist"

 

Have you watched yourself and asked the question to

yourself, why you are angry?

 

Anger generally comes when your energy is low,

You are not happy with some thing or it is not

happening as you wish or when you are complaining.

 

So, one way is to "accept the person or situation as

it is" and also stop "seeing intension in others

mistake".

 

Remember today, what ever you do is to be Happy

 

so, an anger with awareness is different from an anger

without.

 

Even if an Enlightened soul gets angry it will be for

the good. Just like the anger of the mother to his/her

kid ( where the mother pretends to be angry to get

something done or show direction to the child).

 

somebody said me " Anger is like a acid. It does more

harm on which it is stored than on which/whom it is

pored"

 

"Humor is the buffer that saves you from humiliation.

If you have a good sense of humor you can never be

humiliated".
