We are providing answers to your questions here.

Lord Krishna never said that he is the author of Vedas. He said

Ultimate Goal of Vedas is to show Him and the lead the soul to know Him

and be in His service with Love and devotion. He is the essence of the

Vedas. Vedas are not created by any one. Vedas,God (Srimannarayana)

,Souls are all beginningless and Endless. Vedas are not compilations.

They are Divine Sounds having relationship with the Universal Truths.

You can see our answer about Apourusheyas posted earlier. They might

have been written in script form and presented on one day by Great

Rishis. Vedas are a presenting the existing Truths. God revealed them

to Bramha when Bramha was first created by Him. No body knows the

origin of Vedas. Vedas doesn't contain anything of their author. Lord

himself says that he revealed them, expounded them.

Karma exists with Jiva only in the software form, in the form of

knowledge. It associates so with Jiva. And Knowledge of Jiva can

store Billions and Billions of pages of information in so subtlest

form. Just for example, We are able to see that in a small embryo of a

single seed Billions and Billions of Trees are consisted in a subtler

form ! Knowledge of God is infinite and His form is infinite whereas

the knowledge of a jiva though is infinite, his form is subtlest. Souls

were not created by anybody, not even God. God looking at the

sufferings of souls, out of mercy is helping souls to lead them on the

path of True and limitless Happiness for which he is taking so many

incarnations and suffering so much though He need not.

God during creation brings out the souls and gives them bodies

and manifests them according to their respective Karmas that were

already in store and thus controls the whole Universe. Jivas bound in

Karma can seek Him alone as the sole protector that which makes Him to

remove association of Karma bond and makes the Jiva to get liberated.

Vedas need not be chanted for some purpose. With lesser effort

lot of things can be achieved. One can chant Sthothras, do Pujas etc.

Even by chanting Vedas flawlessly fruits may or may not come. Everybody

can read, understand and Put in practice the Vedas in the way they say.

There is no restriction. Chanting them for some purpose or using them

for some purpose is restricted for they might give adverse effects to

the unauthorised practitioners basing on the level of practice. Then

the risk of learning them need not be taken at all, for, there are

others who should really do that(not for results but, it is their

bounden duty-Veda ordains) and chant them in the temples and in other

Pujas, Yagnas etc.

If we do what we are ordained to do by the Sasthras, we can

achieve the same thing/results that which you may not achieve even by

reading Vedas.

It is good to learn Vedas, know what they teach, and understand

them. It is restricted to whomever it is, when they are impure by

body.

One should know the teachings of Vedantha that which is necessary

by approaching right Guru and seeking his blessings.
