My dear friends! Do you want to become a ‘sthitha prajna’? If so first learn my lesson. This cannot be learned by listening. You should see and learn! You see my body parts. By nature they come out on their own. But the moment they smell a small danger, they at once withdraw into the shell. You see!! How much are they under my control! You also should train your ‘indriya:s’ (senses) in such a manner. By nature, they jump automatically onto the ‘vishaya:s’ (mundane pleasures). You immediately use your effort and withdraw them. Have you inderstood? Jai Srimannarayana Vamsi Mohan M. Ramanuja Dasaha. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A translation of ‘Geetho:padesa’ by Sri Sri Sri T.K.Gopalacharyaswami varu ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
