No person irrespective of his might can constrain me to a single place. I can suffocate a person in the realm of his regular activities. Do I have to mention my influence when a person is involved with new activities ? If someone tries to stop me - I become more powerful, my grip strengthens, I will nag him continuously and wear him down; even a great sage will have to turn topsy turvy. I will forcefully do work which I am not supposed to. Who ever tries to bind me is like a fool who tries to stop the blowing wind with a small fan. At times I am your friend while other times I am your enemy. Did you forget me ? - I am your "Manas" ; who is always close to you akin your shadow Health - your guide to health and wellness http://health.
