[COMMITTEE] certain traditions

This is a fast moving world. Inspite of this there are certain rules set

by nature which cannot be changed. One such things is the natural cycle

set for ladies.This is ofcourse natural in HIS creation. But why certain

restrictions are set up during those days for ladies. To spare for 3 to 4

days without participating in any activities in these days is very

difficult to comprehend. But if we violate these rules elders say that

something ontoward is going to happen in the family. Some calamity and

some distress. Is it true? Is it such a serious sin? If so I would like to

know the reasons. As an educated person I feel that it is just natural and

it is just related to physical rest and nothing more. please answer my

querry.
