Guest guest
Dear Chris, yes, it is increasingly dangerous to consume food that has not been freshly prepared. Often are the producers not required to declare some ingredients if they are under certain treshhold, like under 1 or half percent. Organic, or better Vedic Organic is good. (see e.g. http://www.MaharishiOrganicAgriculture.com) Even according to Vedic advice, it is better to prepare freshly all foods - not using processed food. No restaurants. McDonalds, to quote the worst example, had to pay several milion dollars to vegetarian and hindu organisations, because they used cow fat etc. in their french frites to "improve the taste"... Horrible. THis case was published in german newspapers 2-3 weeks ago.
