With the divine blessings of His Holiness Sri.Sri.Sri.

Chinna Jeeyar Swami JETUSA - Washington DC Chapter is

happy to announce the summer camp for children of ages

5 to 16 during the last week of July from Monday 29th

of July to Friday August 2nd 2002.

 

This camp will provide an opportunity for the children

to learn about our Vedic culture and heritage mixed

with funfilled activities like Yoga meditation , Slokas,

moral stories, coloring, painting and outdoor activities.

 

The camp will come to a conclusion with a lecture for

children and parents by Sriman.Velukkudi Krishnan Swami

on "Importance of Vedic Culture"

Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Venue: 4228 Scarlet sage Court, Ellicott city MD 21042.

Conclusion: August 2nd, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- Yogasans and Meditation

- Slokas to improve memory and concentration;

- Selected Slokas from Bhagavad Gita (as suggested

by H.H ); Sri Hariashtakam, Sri Krishnashtakam ,

Sri Lakshmi Ashtakam, Mangalaharathi Slokas.

- Performing Puja for Lord Krishna.

- Moral Stories from Ramayana and Mahabharata

- About Bharath and Vedic Culture

- Outdoor Activities Basket Ball, Frisbee, Shuttle,

Pingpong Etc…
