Guest guest
Sri:mathe: Ra:ma:nuja:ya namaha! Sri Jeeyar Thiruvadigale: Saranam!! In Chitrakoota Bharatha had the darshan of Maha:thma SriRama. Bharatha had a strong intention to follow dharma. With this inspiration he approached SriRama’s ‘sannidhi’ and begged ‘pleasant hearted, sathya para:krama’ Sri Ramachandra to accept the kingdom back. Sri Ramachandra is ‘Sathya para:krama’- His ‘parakramam’ is ‘sathyam’- his courage stays with him forever. Bharatha told SriRama of his desire and tried to persuade him thus: “Rama! You are the king. You are quite aware of this dharma and so please accept the kingdom.” “Rama! You are the dharmajna! You are the eldest born and I am younger to you. Don’t you know the dharma that when the elder brother is there, it is unfair for the younger one to accept the throne? Inwardly you are the Parama:thma, I am the Ji:vathma. You are the ruler, I am the ruled. You are the ‘Swa:mi’, I am your property. You know the dharma. Accordingly, it is inappropriate for me to become independent." SriRama listened to his prayer. SriRama invigorates all with his ‘swaru:pam’, ‘ru:pam’ and ‘guna:s’. So He had to enliven Bharatha’s ‘manas’. Sri Rama’s compassion has no bounds. He grants whatever is asked of him. His ‘swabha:vam’ is to grant not only his positions but he readily offers Himself if one wishes. He would definitely fulfil Bharatha’s desire of taking back the kingdom. He is ‘Sumukha’. He always looks forward worriedly whether anyone would approach Him to get their wishes fulfilled. Once someone approaches Him wishing for something, His face lights up. He is also ‘Sumaha:yasa’ To be continued.... Jai Srimannarayana! Ramanujamma Mudumbai, Ramanujadasi.
