Guest guest
Sri Krishna Parabrahmane: Namaha! Jaisrimannarayana! Nanda was the Chief of 'Nanda Vraja', Krishna chose them as his parents and arrived in their house. . Because of their incessant love for him, Krishna made them witness his leelas. Ullu:khala Bandhanam: Nanda's queen was Yasoda. She had many servant maids. She had many cows. After Sri Krishna's birth, the quantity and the quality of her live stock grew high. Milking, boiling and churning were continuing all through the day. Sri Krishna loves butter. Hence, they never stop taking out butter. One day it so happened that though there were many maids churning the curds there were still many more pots left to be churned. So, Yasoda also got ready to get into the task of churning the curds. While churning the curds one should be pious. Of course, the butter had to be offered to Krishna! Like 'yajna' to a Brahmin, the 'dadhi madhanam'(churning the curds) is a holy activity. So Yasoda wore a white pattu sari (pure silk sari). Not to let it slip off while she was churning, she tied a string round her waist. Her heart melted when she thought of her son Gopala. Her whole body trembled. The sweet thoughts of extracting the butter, feeding Bala Krishna and his delight over eating that butter made her bosom heavy. She forcibly held a heavy churning stick inside the rich hard curds in a big earthen pot. The stick was not turning at all because of the curds' thickness. She was pulling the rope tied around the stick with great effort. Because of that, her heavy bangles and her ear drops were moving. Their auspicious sound was spreading all around. While churning she was singing Krishna's 'ba:la leelas'. The noise of her churning, the sound of music of her song and the sound of her ornaments was mingled and was filling the entire universe making it pure and holy. Her face was sweating with the strain. The 'Ma:lathi' flowers she decorated in her tied up knot of hair were dropping down. Though she was not seen by all, that sound and that scent were spreading all through Vre:palle. Bala Krishna went to his mother who was churning the curds, stopped the stick and asked cutely to feed him. She tied the stick , took the boy into her lap, glancing lovingly at his charming happy face started feeding him milk. Meanwhile, the milk being heated on the fire started to spill over. But, the baby had not finished his feed yet. However, she got up leaving the baby unsatisfied. The baby got angry. The red lips were trembling . Biting his lip with his teeth, he threw a stone and broke that pot of curds. He ate the butter and ran inside . Yasoda , who came back after removing the pot of milk from the fire, laughed merrily at her son's mischief. She looked around for him. He was not there. She went searching for him in the backyard. (what happens next?………..) Jeeyar Thiruvadigale: Saranam! O:m Haraye: Namaha! O:m Haraye: Namaha!
