A) SaraNa:gathi Gadyam is description of the Dvaya Mantra (srimannarayana charaNau .... srimathe: narayaNa:ya namaha ). This mantra was first initiated by Lord Narayana to His divine consort Sri:, Laksmi Devi. Q) What is Moksham? A) Moksham means Maha:nandam. Maha:nandam is pure a:nanda without any sort of pollution or interruption. Q) Who gives Mukti? A) Mukti is awarded by Sriyahpathi - Narayana. There are several other devotees Brahma, Siva, Indra, Varuna, Surya etc who hold respective positions, with capabilities and position assigned by Him to them for a specific time-period. Q) People write some names starting with U.V or U.Ve. What does this mean? A) In philosophy, for attaining 'Moksha', there are two means: Bhakti & Prapatti. U.Ve means Ubhaya Ve:da:nta. Practioners of Sanskrit & Dravida Vedas are called Ubhaya Veda:nti:s. Sanskrit Vedantam focusses primarily on Bhakti while dra:vida ve:dantam focussees on prapatti.
