Guest guest
Sri Krishna Parabrahmane Namaha! {This is the translation of Gita Jyothi Week No. 32 Sloka graced by our Jeeyar swami in Bhakthinivedana} Lord always takes us into His lap and is always vigilant in our regard just like a mother protects her baby, like a father who strives for his child’s welfare, like a guru observing his disciple’s progress. Veda also says so. ‘ya ye:shu supthe:shu ja:garthi – ka:mam ka:mam purusho: nirmima:Nah’ Not only while awake even while asleep He takes vigil without sleep and without our knowledge and hence our heart beats. There is breathing. The body functions are going on. These things do not happen because we want them to. If they take place as we want, then every thing should happen as per our wish. It would have to follow our directives. The heart should beat as we want it to. Or there should not be any heart problems. There should not be any ill health. No heart attacks. But it’s not like that. It’s not beating on its own. Not doing so on our command. The One who is directing it is behind it and making it work like that. He is always our Saviour. No question of day or night. He is our Saviour for all the 24hrs and the 365 days. Our minimum duty is to recognize this. Whenever you see something, you at once recognize it as a stick or a snake, a hill or a pill, a bird or a fish. The exterior form of the object is obstructing your vision from getting to its interior. Though Bhagavan is all pervading and hence can be visualized in all the things you witness; those objects would not allow you to have this perception always. So the Panchara:thra A:gama:s have recommended to have a glorious ‘Subha:Srayam’; The captivating figure your mind likes, the substance your mind likes, the form your mind likes, the name your mind likes, the decorations your manas likes; you make that into your beautiful ‘Subha:Srayam’, Bhagavan will convert it into His divine body and bless us with everything we need. Just have total belief in that form and perform activities as per your wish and capacity and He will take care of your welfare - so says Sri:pa:nchara:thra:gama samhitha Jai srimannarayana, adiyen ramanuja dasaha Vamsi Mudumbai
