Guest guest
Sri Krishna Parabrahmane Namaha! [This is the translation of Gita Jyothi Week No.32 {last week's} Sloka graced by our Sri Sri Sri Jeeyar Swami in Bhakthi Nivedana] If we like a person, we love him however he is! If that person is deserving to be loved, beautiful and also we are fond of him, then the thought of him gives us joy. It is not that we feel happy only when we go to him. The mere thought of going to him itself gives us delight. Pondering on SriKrishna gives ‘a:nanda’. “ Heh! You just do it and see!Whenever your manas and buddhi hook onto Me you will join ME and dwell in Me. No need be skeptical about it.” Conveying this He says ‘nivaSishyasi mayi, na samSaya’. ‘nivaSisyashi mayye:va’ – you dwell in Me alone; ‘atha u:rdhvam na samSayaha’ – There is nothing else above this and you need not have any doubt -- Some people attribute the meaning like this. But it is not the correct one. Then how it should be interpreted! Like this: ‘atha u:rthvam eva nivaSishyasi mayi na samSayaha’. ( Should be joined in this format ) - ‘mayi buddhim niveSaya’ ‘keep your buddhi in Me with belief’; “atha u:rdhvam ae:va” ‘only after that’ ; “mayi nivaSishyasi” ‘you would be able to dwell in Me definitely’ means ‘you will take Me into your manas’. I will have ‘you’ in My mind. But He also said ‘buddhim mayi nive:Saya’! You also keep your buddhi in Me with belief. If you can keep it hooked like that, it is enough. Then it’s like you are in Me only! Once you are in Me, I won’t allow you to drift away. (Here Me or I refer to Lord Krishna ) Jai Srimannarayana, adiyen ramanuja dasaha Vamsi Mudumbai
