Guest guest
Sri Krishna Parabrahmane Namaha: Jai Srimannarayana! [This is the translation of Gita Jyothi Week No.38 Sloka graced by Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swami, in Bhakthi Nivedana) “Our body is a model of the Body of the Supreme. See how many parts are there in this body! If we recognize them in a proper manner and then do the upa:sana and give the food accordingly then all of them would be energetic. If we think of only a single part, then that part only will be healthy. We can’t keep the remaining parts unhealthy. In the same manner the entire universe is His divine form. In the universe starting from the U:rthvalo:kas upto the earth we are living on are all Bhagavan’s different body parts. When we recite Vishnusahasranamam we read: - ‘bhu:h pa:dau yasya na:bhihi viyath’ we have to perceive such state here. So while our body is a small miniature form; this universe is the viraat ru:pam of Bhagavan. Let us realize this and do the upasana here. Then it will reach Him.” Thus instructed the king Aswapati to the six rishies. This has been expounded as ‘Vaiswanara Brahma Vidya’ by Cha:ndogyo:panishad. Lord Krishna is making this clear in this sloka. We only consume the food but let us imagine that it is going in all directions and transforming into energy for all beings. I am offering this to the moola thatvam Bhagavan. If eaten saying ‘Krishna:rpaNa masthu’ that would reach the entire ‘ji:varaasi’ as energy. When a tree is watered at the roots the water reaches the whole tree and similarly when we send the foodstuff in saying ‘BhagavadarpaNam’ then that would reach all the living things through the inner Vaiswa:nara.
