Guest guest
Sree Hayagri:va parabrahmaNe: namaha! Sreemathe: Ramanujaya namaha! Slo:ka - 4 mukunda mu:rdhna: praNipathya ya:che: bhavantha me:ka:ntha miyantha mardham avismruthi sthvachcharaNa:ravinde: bhave: bhave: me:sthu bhavathprasa:dath. Meanings: Mukunda = mukundaa! bhavantham = You ae:ka:ntham = without seeking any other fruit iyantham = this much only artham = benefit mu:rdhna: = with my head(bowing down) praNipathya = paying obeisance ya:che: = begging bhavathprasa:da:th = with Your grace Thva chchraNa:ravinde = In Your Lotus Feet avismrithihi = no lack of memory me = for me bhavae: bhavae: = in all the births asthu = let happen! Substance: In the first sloka KulaSekhara had invited Lord Krishna, in the second sloka he did mangaLam for Lord and from this sloka onwards he is doing ‘sthothra’ to Lord Krishna. As this sloka starts with ‘Mukunda’ , this Stotram is called ‘Mukundama:la’. Elders say that the ‘Mukunda DaSa:kshari’ is embedded in this. Oh! Mukunda! Bless me that I don’t forget Your Lotus Feet in all my births. I am bowing down before You with this desire alone! Jai srimannarayana! Radha Ramanujadasi.
