Sutra 114:

As the Thirumantra was compared to the holy thread that signifies a marriage, it

is shown that Sriman Narayana will be like a husband and watch over the souls.

 

Sri PBA Swami's Sarartha Deepikai:

What is gathered out of the statement that the Thirumantra is like the holy

thread that signifies a marriage?

 

That Sriman Narayana will be like the husband of the chEtanas that are attached

to the Thirumantra and will protect them.
