Guest guest
Sri: | Srimathe Ramanujaya Nama: Sutra 129: Sh was able to make Hanuman change his mind when he wanted to kill the rakshasis who had tortured Her when she was imprisoned. Therefore, is there a need to wonder that She should be able to make Her consort, who listens to Her, change His mind. Sri PBA Swami's Sarartha Deepikai: All of the previous points are true. But, Sriman Narayana is supremely independent. If He decides that He will not forgive the sins of the chetanas and will punish them for those crimes, will Mahalakshmi be able to stop Him? This argument is made by those who are not aware of Her abilities. During Her imprisonment in Lanka, She was tortured without stop by the rakshasis who surrounded Her. Upon seeing that, Hanuman had decided that he will take care of them after Sri Rama's victory. Once Ravana was killed, Hanuman went to Her and asked Her permission to kill those rakshasis. At that point, She advised Hanuman and made him change his mind. When She is able to make one who would not listen easily to anyone change his mind, what is the need to question that She should be able to change the mind of Her consort who delights in Her ("allimalar magaL bOga mayakkukkaLAgiyum niRkum ammAn") and who always listens to Her, even in the instance when She asks Him to go after a false deer ("ninnanbin vazhi ninRu silaipidiththempirAnE").
