Guest guest
My humble pranamams to all highly intellectuals here. I started doing Sandhyavandan recently. Re showing of Mudras, I bought a book and one of my friends given me some good paper support to that. But I want to know how relevant it is to Sandhyavandan. Because I have read in a book that Sandhyavandan without Mudras is only halfdone. Can I request you to guide me in this matter. Kinldy dont tell me to approach some guru as I am in Delhi and it is really difficult to find out one guru and learn them regularly. My doubts : (i)Mudras are really relevant to Sandhyavandan. If so, can I follow them from the book (book is also very famous one written by a scholar). (ii) I am able to do Sandhyavandanam only once a day because of time problem. I wake up at 6 am and do it as a first thing. How to do Madhyahna Sandhyavandanam? I reach home at 9 pm. Can I do Sandhyavandanam at that time I request your Swamiji's guidance and love towards me.I will be really grateful if my doubts are cleared please. With respects, Devotee

Nice to know that despite of your tight schedule, you are following the SandhyaVandanam to the best of your knowledge. Your sincerity matters more than anything else! Of course, the way it has to be done too is important. I do not know much about it but…. A wonderful CD titled 'Sandhya Vandanam' was recently released by Alok Studio, JET, Sithanagaram under the supreme guidance of Sri Swamiji. As it contains visual clippings demonstrating Sandhya Vandanam, it is very easy to understand and follow. In case, you are interested, you can contact Sithanagaram Asram, Vijayawada (08645-272353, 08645-272929) or you can send a mail to: srikrishnat (I am sure that the prices are quite down-to-earth). Also, a small book related to doubts in Sandhya Vandanam was published alongwith the CD, that too may be helpful for you. It may be enough to clear all your doubts. Jai Srimannarayana !
