1. Is it O.K. to do three (3) achamanams, Karanaysam and three (3) pranayams

and recite Gayatri ? or Do I need to do the entire Sandhayvandanam? In the

morning times (before 6:30 a.m. I stand facing north to do pooja due to the way

our pooja room is setup. Do I need to sit down to do Gayatri?

TAKE NOT MORE THAN 15 MINUTES, IF YOU DO GAYATHRI JAPAM FOR 108 TIMES. IF YOU DO

NOT HAVE THAT MUCH TIME YOU CAN REDUCE THE GAYATHRI NUMBER. OK! YOU JUST CAN

Do I need to do Anga Nysa Karanysa to recite Sri.Narayana Kavacham?. Right now,

I am just recting the kavacha stotra and recite Sri.Laksmi Kavacham? If you

have Anganysa karanysa sholkas, it will be very helpful. - Any restrictions on

this?
