Guest guest
Sri: | Srimathe Ramanujaya Nama: Sutra 238: Is there any example to show that no act is required on the part of the chetana? Yes. There is - the Thiruvaymozhi pasuram "siRRa vENdA" is the proof. In the pasuram 9.1.7 ("maRRonRillai surungac sonnOm") which explains the siddhopAya comes the phrase siRRa vENdA. Here siRRudhal vENdA means not having to do any activity on the part of the chetana. Therefore, for one who follows this means, there is no need to perform any act.
