Guest guest
Priya Sriman Mukund ! srimathe narayanaya namaha Mangalasasanams of HH Sri Swamiji It is really wonderful. It appears that God always looks for our little concern towards Him and irrespective of all what we do, He continues to pour down His support to us extending mountains and mountains of unasked help ( Ofcourse, we don't know what to ask too...). He gave us every moment of our life.... what for ??? Is it Just to enjoy and self satisfy, and/or satisfy people around us ? How much gratitude should we have towards Him for every moment of our glorious living !!! Shouldn't we give up all our reservations and become His own ! What for is all the knowledge and profundity and skills, talents, degrees, authority, wealth etc. if they are not directed towards Him in the way He likes (rather than how we think, we like Him...) for, everything belongs to Him !! ?? How pity it is to claim everything our own and crave for or seek for our own recognition for all "He" did !!! Shouldn't we recognise one day that all are His and We should prove through our attitudes and deeds,( that motivate us to do) that they too are for His purpose only. It is pity that people seldom believe even when God took incarnation in the form of a human with human body and gesture, as if , He also is doing all things so naturally as we too do !! But ! Manas always says what the Truth is !! One should not prove to others from one's favours, but should prove to the inner guiding Truth called Manas....!!! Attaining Ultimate Purpose is of Prime importance, Understanding the importance of God and remaining grateful to such a God is the duty of the Human. If there is no importance to God in one's life, there won't be importance for his any great or mean work.... No knowledge of Vedas or Upanishads or Bramha Suthras, aphorisms learning etc.. is required. It is for the pilot to drive and not the passenger, though passenger is one among those who might be knowing how to drive !! Though the flight is totally driven by the pilot, it is not done by him, it is by the command of the master control that the pilot acts. We are now on the edge of ignoring / neglecting Master Control itself !!!... thinking we are independent and feeling as if every one is free and the flight is our own property, driving it in the direction we like, posing as if we are following all what the Master Command says !!! Your small story reflects the probable attitude of God ! But I noticed you were too busy, trying to find the right outfit to wear. When you ran around the house getting ready, I knew there would be a few minutes for you to stop and say hello, but you were to busy. At one point you had to wait fifteen minutes with nothing to do except sit in a chair. Then I saw you spring to your feet. I thought you wanted to talk to me but you ran to the phone and called a friend to get the latest gossip instead. I watched patiently all day long. With all our activities I guess you were too busy to say anything to me. I noticed that before lunch you looked around, maybe you felt embarrassed to talk to me, that is why you didn't bow your head. You glanced three or four tables over and you noticed some of your friends talking to me briefly before they ate, but you didn't. That's okay. There is still more time left, and I hope that you will talk to me yet. You went home and it seems as if you had lots of things to do. After a few of them were done, you turned on the TV. I don't know if you like TV or not, just about anything goes there and you spend a lot of time each day in front of it not thinking about anything, just enjoying the show. I waited patiently again as you watched the TV and ate your meal, but again you didn't talk to me. Bedtime I guess you felt too tired. After you said goodnight to your family you plopped into bed and fell asleep in no time. That's okay because you may not realize that I am always there for you.. I've got patience, more than you will ever know.... I even want to teach you how to be patient with others as well. I love you so much that I wait everyday for a nod, prayer or thought, or a thankful part of your heart. It is hard to have a one-sided conversation. Well, you are getting up once again. Once again I will wait, with nothing but love for you. Hoping that today you will give me some time. Have a nice day! Your friend, GOD ======================================================= Take a minute and think of HIM now,
