Guest guest
Jai Srimannarayana! Sri Balaji Temple of Great Lakes 3966 South Blvd, Rochester Hills MI 48309 Sri Balaji Temple of Great Lakes is a Registered Non-Profit organization with federal id: 42-1618097 http://www.SriBalajiTemple.org Dear Devotee: It is with great pleasure that we announce the proposal to build Sri Balaji Temple within MetroDetroit Area to cater to the spiritual needs of all believers of Hindu Religion living in and aroundthe Great Lakes Region. It is but natural to question the need for another temple in this area. The following points prompted a group of devotees to put forward a plan to build Sri BalajiTemple in this area. Currently we have almost 500,000 of Indian origin living & working in greater Detroit area. Balaji is the Family Deity (or Kula Deiva) for Billions of Hindus. Many of these familieshave a tradition of performing several religious ceremonies at the feet of Sri Balaji, in a Balaji temple. It is not always possible to go to India to perform these ceremonies braving the crowds at Thirumala. Currently for those in Detroit area, one has to travel 300 miles to the west (Chicago) or south (Dayton) or south east (Pittsburgh) or North East (Toronto) to visit a Balaji Temple to perform such ceremonies. Traditionally a temple built for Sri. Balaji is known to bring in health, wealth, prosperity and well being to the entire community. This new temple is expected to attract devotees within 100 –200 mile radius if not beyond. This will extend its range from Columbus in the south to Toronto in the north: from Grand Rapids in the West to Cleveland in the East. This temple will be built and maintained according to strict Agama Rules. The purity of the Sanctum will be maintained in all its activities. May God bless all of us. kovaitirupati
Dear Friends, Contribute your donations to South India's developing Balaji Temple Project, which now needs funds to be completed. Unlike the other temple projects, which are based on the existing abundant funds. This project "Kovai Tirupati" is been initiated by a middle class individual Mr. P.S. Rajagopalan, who has donated a major part for starting this project. When this simple middle class human is able to initiate such a wonderful project, we the people of Hindustan and other spiritual and kind hearted humans living in different parts of the world can try to join hands to donate something to bring this project up. You are Welcome to make Donations in any Form Money/Building Materials/Others, which can help its development. Being a sponsor for the establishment, Our temple "Kovai Tirupati" will always have your remembrance throughout its existence. You Can get more details on this project at www (dot) kovaitirupati (dot) org Regards, Ashok Kumar R Software Engineer, IBS INDIA.
