Please accept my sashtanga pranamam!!!

 

vaancha Kalpa tarubhyascha, Kripa sindu eva cha!!

patitaanaam paavanebhyo, vaishnavebhyo namo namaha!!

 

I am a student from Sweden. I make a humble request to you to clarify me on the

following issues.

 

Though I took my birth in a vaishnava family, because there are athiests,

Brahmavadis and advaita vadis everywhere in the society, I am very much

influenced to believe one of these philosophies to be true and because these are

neither true nor complete theories, I am surrounded by complete confusion and

ignorance. In such a situation, by the causeless mercy of Sri Krishna, in

sweden, I found some serious vaishnava devotees. In their association, I could

realise the hollowness of the advaitha philosophy and brahmavadi philosophy.

 

The devotees I found in Sweden belong to Sri Brahma Gaudiya vaishnava

sampradaya. Though I found some differences in the practices, they are serving

Sri Krishna very much and in their association, I am also getting a nice

opportunity to serve Krishna. They encouraged me to study Ishopanishad, Bhagavad

gita and Srimad bhagavatam.

 

In this regard, I want to have a clear understanding over the following matters.

 

1) How are the Sri vaishnava sampradaya differs from Brahma gaudiya vaishnava

sampradaya.

 

2) Are there any qualitative or quantitative differences between Krishna,

vishnu, Rama and other incarnations.

 

3) Is it an offence at the lotus feet of Sripada Ramanuja acharya if I follow

some other sampradaya, namely, Brahma Gaudiya Sampradaya?

 

4) How do Sri Vaishnavas treat Sri Chaitanya Maha Prabhu.

 

5) Is a vaishnava bound to his nationality, in other words, is there any role of

patriotism for a vaishnava who is a friend of all irrespective of caste,

religion, nationality, state. I am an Indian, My India - are such designations

appropriate for vaishnavas?

 

Being a conditioned soul, I donot have the eyes to see truth, please give me the

eyes of Absolute knowledge to see Truth. Indeed, self realised persons like you

only can make a conditioned soul transgress the ocean of material world.
