Guest guest
Srimathe Ramanujayanamaha! Sri Jeeyar Thiruvadigale Saranam!! (13 sarga #4) Hence Dasaratha worshipped the sage Vasishta - who had been ordained to be the Adharva for the yajna - devotedly and prayed to him in all humbleness, “You alone have to conduct this yajna without any obstacles and see that I be blessed with progeny. You have to see to it that no obstructions occur either in the ancillaries of the yajna or in the worship of the devathas or in the rituals. You have boundless love for my vamsa and for me too. You are my well - wisher. You are the most revered among all our priests. You are the greatest teacher. So you alone have to shoulder the total responsibility of this yajna.” Accordingly Vasishta instructed all those elderly scholars fixed for the purpose to procure the required substances. He summoned all the aged learned and gave them certain tasks. He invited all the aged Brahmins, construction work assistants, brick makers, carpenters, masons, diggers, sculptors, actors, dancers, experts who can present great plays and learned people. He gave them all particular tasks to accomplish. To be continued... Jai Srimannarayana! Ramanujamma Mudumbai rd.
