Guest guest
Jaisrimannarayana to all! Let us know a little bit more about these terms and enhance our awareness about ourselves. Swasvaru:pa jna:na : This knowledge pertains to the facts -----Who am I? This ‘athma’ is different from the body. ‘I’ am not the BODY. Athma is eternal. It has knowledge. With the kindling of its nature, unlike the other beings, the a:thma in the body does ‘Bhagavad Upasana’ and receives His grace and attains His abode. [so let us digest the fact that when one refers to ‘I’ it refers actually to the ‘a:thma’ that is housed temporarily in one’s body. Then is this body important or can we neglect this? What is one’s responsibility while being in this body, which is termed as life? (a)Swamiji says this body is the only vehicle that takes us to the destination. For that purpose we have to maintain this vehicle in ‘perfect’ condition. This body is a very rare precious possession. It is highly impossible to get a human birth. So we should not waste even a single minute of our life – reason – we don’t know when we leave this body. (b) So how to progress in our journey? Nothing to worry! We should know how to take the correct guidance for our travel. © Who can be termed as a perfect guide? An acharya who initiates us with the mantra and leads us on. (d)What is the purpose of this mantra? It protects one who meditates upon it. (e)How is this possible? It is possible since the Lord the Supreme is in its fold. (f)Then who controls this universe? Of course, The Almighty himself. The world is in his control. (g) Then what is the relationship between the acharya and the Lord? Acharya is in this world living before us. We can be in direct contact with him. He is the only one who can give us the manthra. So the manthram is in Acharya’s control. The Lord is under the control of the mantram. It is he who shows us the path to reach him about whom we know nothing. He is the light who can show us the right directions and takes the responsibility of our arrival there. So one who takes to the lotus feet of a guru is sure of his safe and trouble free travel. We are under the protective umbrella of a Sadguru, our Swamiji! He is God sent and our right Guide. Just walk forward on the path He shows. We can be hassle free. If we understand ‘swasvarupam’ then we, for sure follow our Acharya.] Pallandu Pallandu to our Jeeyar Swamy Jai srimannarayana!
