Guest guest
Jai Srimannarayana! Vamana Avatha:ra did not play any role, as far as astrology is concerned. He proved something related to philosophy, viz., when one becomes a 'bali', stronger with ones EGO, he tries to occupy and capture everybody's wealth, thus causing pain to even God. Then He comes to take care of that person and some way or other God gets back the wealth from him and distributes it back to whomever He originally gave. The person with EGO always wants to prove that his is the high hand. God does not want to disappoint that person and so He becomes a begger even. Begs for three feet and keeps things under His control (foot) which are related to this world and nether worlds too. This is a philosophical message. As each avatha:ra has some relation with planets, Va:mana also has some relevance with one graham. That is Jupiter. =Chinnajeeyar= Q)Today is Vamana Jayanthi (birthday of Lord Vamana). Does Vamana play any role in astrology? > Gauranga Das > Re: vamana jayanthi > JAYA JAGANNATHA! > Yes, He is the Lord of Jupiter, so any worship of > Vamanadeva on this day is > a very good remedy for Jupiter. > > Yours, > Gauranga Das
