Former endowments commissioner A Chengappa and former TTD joint executive officer Y Chakradhar Rao are the other two members on the panel. Meanwhile, Tirupati Urban Development Authority chairman B Karunakar Reddy is convening a meeting here on October 27 to seek the opinion of people from various sections of the society on the issue.
