Q - prayaschitta for eating before doing japam

Jai Srimannarayana!

5 years back i have taken the initiation. recently i got married and now iam

pregnant. a week back my husband has been hospitalised. At that time without

taking bath i had tiffin and meals.( since iam pregnant everyone has forced me

to do that.)

 

i want to know the prayaschitta for that. hope you will reply with the solution.
