Guest guest
Sri Raghunandana Parabrahmane Namaha! Srimathe Ramanujaya namaha!! In the incarnation of Sri Rama, the entire ‘srishti rahasya’ is concealed. Before the srishti the entire chetanaachetana universe (the sentient and non sentient entities) - the jivas and the prakrithi - together in union, devoid of form or name, lie with Bhagavan, in an inseparable state. Bhagavan intends to commence srishti. As he intends ‘thejas’ emerges. From thejas, - ‘jalam’ (water) comes out. From water comes out ‘prithvi’. The ‘purusha’ appears in the world with the amalgamation of these three products. Bhagavan took intention of taking birth as a human being. From the altar of the yajna that King Dasaratha was performing, yajna purusha emerged holding the payasa vessel. In the first instance ‘thejas’ means ‘agni hotram’, from that fire came ‘payasam’ meaning ‘jala’ (water). On consuming that, the queens conceived and ‘purusha’ was born. This is the emergence of this universe from water. Thus before the start of creation – first thejas means ‘agni’; next jalam means ‘payas’ and then prithvi comes out. In a similar manner here from the agni hotra came payasam and from this payasam the embryo was created and from that emerged the ‘purusha’. This explanation goes in accordance with the description given in Chandyo:gyo:panishad about the enigmatic srishti. Thus SriRamayana divulges the secrets of veda precisely and the veda arthas in a very lucid and clear manner. (16th sarga concluded.) Jaisrimannarayana! Jeeyar Thiruvadigale Saranam, Ramanujamma Mudumbai, Ramanujadasi.
