I suddendly got confused about the timings of the avatars of Lord Sri Vishnu: I have read that Koorma avatar comes before Nrisimha Avatar. In the same context, in Koorma avatar it is said that Bali, grandson of Prahlada, is tricked by the Mohini avatar of Vishnu into giving the nectar churned, to the Devas. Now in Nrisimha Avatar Prahalada is blessed by Lord Vishnu in the form of Nrisimha avatar. My confusion is how then can the Nrisimha avatar be after the Koorma avatar OR how Bali can be present in the Koorma avatar when Prahalada himself is still yet ot be born ?
