JAI SRIMAN NARAYANA

I am from Mauritius and I know that our Acharya, the present Jagat Guru is

spreading the divine messages of Sri Ramayanam in Assam. Can anyone of his

advanced disciples, please clear my doubts on how to fast on ekadasi and how to

worship Tulasi according to our Sri Vaishnava Sampradayam?

What can we eat on ekadasi ? Can we eat flour? If yes, what type of our? What we

have to do and not do on ekadasi? Can we pluck Tulasi leaves on ekadasi? On what

days we don’t have to pluck Tulasi leaves? What are the mantram we do to worship

Tulasi, to pluck Tulasi leaves and after plucking Tulasi leaves. Please tell me

any other spiritual information on ekadasi and Tulasi.

I thank you beforehand and I am eager to have a reply soon.
