Rath Yatra 2005 Celebrations @ Fremont Temple

Dear Devotees,

 

On Saturday July 9th 2005, Fremont Temple celebrated the famous Rath Yatra. The

deities of Lord Jagannatha, Lord Balarama and their sister Subhadra were newly

made and brought by Sri Suryanarayan Patnaik and Mrs. Angalika Patnaik. The

chariot (Rath) was constructed from scratch by Sr. Sanjiv Kumar Mohanty with the

help of various others. The celebrations went off well. Lord Jagannatha and Lord

Balarama and their sister Subhadra are resting in their aunt's place and they

will return after a week.

 

There are 2 albums - one contains the Hi-Res pictures and the other contains

video of the celebrations. It contains Dr. Mishraji's talk, Shastriji's talk and

the Rath Yatra celebrations. Do Check them all out and May Lord Jagannatha bless
