Guest guest Posted August 3, 2005 Report Share Posted August 3, 2005 TTD to construct houses at two localities for employees Wednesday August 3 2005 12:41 IST TIRUPATI: Considering the demand for house sites by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) employees, TTD administration has proposed to construct houses at two localities, one on the outskirts of the town and another near Renigunta Airport. Disclosing the details to mediapersons, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Joint Executive Officer N Mukteswara Rao said that it had been proposed to acquire 27.36 acres of land belonging to Hathi Ramji Math from the Endowments Department, which is located near Chenchu Lakshmi Yandadi Colony on the outskirts. ‘‘We plan to develop it into a model colony, which will have G+3 apartments. Other facilities like roads, electricity and water will be provided,’’ he said. TTD estate officer B Rami Reddy, who was present on the occasion, said that a request for allotment of another 60 acres of land beside the Airport at Renigunta near Vinsal Factory was made to the State government.
