PIL Filed against Time of India in Karnataka High Court

Bangalore, 22nd August : A (PIL) Public Interest Litigation has been filed in

the Karnataka High Court against Popular English Daily " The Times of India"

 

The Petitioners Dr.Ashwath Narayan (Noted Nephrologist), Omprakash Agarwal,

VamsiKrishna Rao and few others in their petition have demanded that the daily

must immediately stop Publishing and printing of the paper and the (RNI NO.)

licence should be withdrawn with immediate effect.

 

The Petitioners have filed 17 charges against the daily which was not released

to the press.
