Administrative body to protect sanctity of Tirumala temple

KAKINADA: State Legislative Assembly Subordinate Legislation Committee

chairperson H Appaiah Dora on Monday said that the committee had recommended

setting up of an administrative body to protect the sanctity of Tirumala Hills.

 

Over 15,000 employees were working with the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam.

Tirumala was the biggest temple town and there was a dire need for such a body

to preserve the sanctity of the temple, he said.
