ANCIENT ELECTROPLATING

 

Dr Colin G. Fink was the head of the Division of Electro-Chemistry at Colombia

University, during the 1930s. In his work on the restoration of ancient Egyptian

metal art objects, Dr Fink found that the Egyptians knew the secret of coating

copper vessels with thin layers of antimony. With this technique, they achieved

the same results now accomplished by modern Electro-plating.

 

To explain the existence of antimony-coated vessels, we must conclude that the

ancient Egyptians knew the secret of Electro-chemical exchange, a secret later

lost and not rediscovered until the 1800s by Faraday.

Antimony sulfide was an abundant mineral in ancient Egypt and is mentioned in

hieroglyphics as “kohl,” from which our word coal is derived. The substance was

used by Egyptian beauties to pencil their eyebrows and eyelashes. (It is known

as Kajal in India, and still widely used.VP)

 

To accomplish their Electro-plating, the Egyptians must have dipped their copper

vessels in a solution of antimony sulfide, vinegar and salt (sodium chloride).

When this is done an Electro-chemical exchange takes place----the copper goes

into the solution and the antimony becomes deposited on the vessel’s surface.

 

Dr. Fink gave many lectures on the Electro-chemist in art and archeology and on

the many modern techniques developed to preserve, restore and verify ancient

works of art. Professor Fink was also the inventor of the tungsten filament

electric light bulb and the process of Electro-plating with chromium.

Once again we have more evidence of the scientifically advanced nature of

ancient civilization. It is ironic we need to be reminded of the past glory and

technologically advanced nature of ancient civilization, when there are so many

obvious proofs. The Pyramids, for example, are not only beautiful, but are

evidence of an extremely advanced architectural skill that can not be duplicated

to this day. The Pyramids of Egypt and Mexico are also connected to the Vedic

Culture. As mentioned in the book by N.S.Rajarama,”The Politics of History,” the

geometry found in these structures is an exact match with the geometry found in

the ancient Vedic math treatise, “Shulba-Sutras.”

 

Another interesting point is that the Shree Yantra is universally recognized to

be several hundred years old. Mysteriously, their geometry is based on

non-Euclidean principles, which were supposedly not discovered until about 200+

years ago. Obviously, just like Electro-plating, it is an ancient science that

was well known during the ancient past; before the rapid decline of

civilization. The scientific evidence overwhelmingly proves the highly evolved

state of ancient civilization. Despite this fact, mainstream modern science

foolishly claims that humanity is currently at its most advanced level in

history.

 

Living in a University town, Eugene, Oregon, I frequently engage in discussion

with various professors. When I inform them of various evidences, they scoff. I

challenge them to see it for themselves, but the common reply is. “I am too

busy.” They believe in their pet theories as strongly as any Christian-Baptist

believes in the Bible, yet they ridicule people of faith. The fact is, they have

faith in unproven theories and force their doctrine on millions of students,

ignoring the fact that a theory is an unproven supposition. Compounding the

problem, these modern scholars demand that we accept these unproven theories as

fact, until someone comes along and proves it wrong. Is this really science? I

think not.
