Dear egroup members, I took a hiatus for the birth of my daughter and am slowly

getting back in gear. Thank you for your continued interest in my writings.

Today I wanted to talk about the Ancient Egyptian King, Akhnaten. Not only was he

was the father of the famous King Tut, he was also a vissionary and a follower

of Vedic Dharma. In my research, I have found a lot of strong evidence to

support this. However,I will share it at a later date. From his blood relations

to the Mittanni,( an ancient Midlle-eastern Kingdom that has left ancient

Sanskrit documents about horse training, treaties invoking Vedic dieties etc.)

to his Sun prayers that are almost duplicate of the Gayatri matram, we see many

strong ties to the Vedic Culture. In fact there are so many ties between India

and Egypt that some scholars that some have proposed that Indian culture is an

off-shoot of ancient Egypt. I, of course, see them both as examples of the same

Vedic Culture that was, at one time, prevalent world-wide.
