Well, if this actually true, then smokers will have no problem what so ever

with this simple fair and logical system of ROOPA. Of course, most people

know that the actually cost of a pack of cigarettes in medical cost is more

then the $1 in taxes they charge. It's closer to about $6 which would bring

the cost of a pack up to about $10 and that does not include such damages

gobbled up for cigarettes such as lost time & wages, etc. To include these

would push the cost up to hundreds of dollars. Such penalties are paid as a

matter of procedure in most all other such cases like a car accident of a

negligent driver, etc.

what about the tax each cigarette smoker pays when he

buys his back...each smoker virtually pays for his own hospital
