Guest guest
According to Hindu philosophy, one gets results depending upon one's KARMA. This is quite scientific. Accordingly, muslims should have got the results as per their own KARMA. Is there any paper/literature that breifly and nicely debates this aspect. What was wrong with others' KARMA that led to Muslim invasion? Reason for the weakness of the superior Vedic Culture (it was not destroyed)is that its followers became less dedicated to it- not because it was only oral and not writen down. The oral and writen traditions for preserving scriptures have existed in India side by side from the time when Sanskrit started- this provided greater security against destruction. The Moslem marauders did every thing to destroy the writen scriptures, they burned every library they came across, e.g. the libraries at Nalanda & Taxila Universities in India & the one at Alexanderia in Egypt. Because they were fanatics and believed that their's was the only true religion and all others should be destroyed. They also killed many scholars who remembered the scriptures orally. But between these two methods of recording the scriptures, the Moslems could not destroy all the records. However, at I said before, the main reason was the weaknes in the Vedic culture, that its followers became less sincere and corrupt. This is an information resource and discussion group for people interested in the World's Ancient Vedic Culture, with a focus on its historical, archeological and scientific aspects. Also topics about India, Hinduism, God, and other aspects of World Culture are welcome. eGroups.com Home: vediculturewww. - Simplifying group communications
