[world-vedic] Untouchability

When and how did it originate in the Indian society? Does it exist in other

society or culture?

It is interesting to note that in American, if you kill or eat a dog or cat,

you go to jail. Dogs and cats are the sacred cow of the west. The Vedic

society was not so harsh. They would not throw you behind bars but no one

wanted to hang out with you if you killed and ate dogs and cows.
