The word for black color among many Nuristani Tribal people of

Afghanistan even today is Krshna. These nuristanis were non muslims and

were known as black and red kafirs till 1899. Since then they have

become Muslims. This ammazing information is an indication that Ksrshna

as agod must have been accepted a long time ago.
